Learning Methods PQRST

What is meant by 'learning' in the psychology? Walker (1967) in his book Conditinoning and Instrumental Learning interpret the study "Changes in behavior as a result of experience" There are a variety of learning methods in the study of psychology. Among some of these methods, there is a method called "PQRST Method" which stands for (P)riveiw, (Q)uestion, (R)ead, (S)tate and (T)est. This method was made by F. Staton in his book How to Study (1952). Here we present a brief discussion

1. Preview
'Preview' is a step or steps before someone reads a book. These investigations can be done by reading the initial sentences or sentences principal at the beginning or end of a paragraph, or a chapter summary at the end. If those three things do not exist, you can use your eyes to check each page quickly, read a single two sentences here and there, in order to obtain a modest description of what will be read.
2.Question
At the stage of 'Question' as the SQ3R method, the first step is to ask. If at the end of a chapter has a list of questions made by author, that list should be read first.
3.Read
Here are also encouraged to read actively, is one's mind should give a reaction to what he was reading it.
4.State
The next step 'State', is utter words themselves what has been read.
5.Test
The last step of the PQRST method is 'Test', is to test whether the mind will remember the things that read it. Here, someone repeats the lesson while trying to remember a staple in the lesson.
Thus we have explained a bit about learning the PQRST method. There are still a lot of learning methods that others are also supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of one's learning. We need to know that we are currently studying. We learn from ancient days until the next day. Because of what we experience every course there is that we learned and it became a memory that persist in our memories for life.
