In the English dictionary means self self . Self here shows the pattern of observation and assessment of the conscious self as both subject and object . Self isitlah in psychology has two meanings , that one's attitudes and feelings towards himself , and a psychological process that controls the overall behavior and adjustment .

Modern theories of the self that believes that there is a psychological aspect of something that is inside ( the contents ) which regulate human actions . Self , whether it is intended as an object as well as the process , or both is not a homunculus or " man in the chest " or soul : but the sense is primarily dimaksukan to refer to psychological processes object itself, and these processes are considered controlled by the law of cause and effect . In other words , the sense of self that is not used in the sense of metaphysical or religious , but is used in the sense of scientific psychological ( positive ) .

Self theory suggests a genuine effort to investigate the symptoms and make the conception of the results of Inquiry regarding the behavior . So , in the show self as process , it is none other than the name for a group of processes .

While awareness is awareness , state , readiness , willingness , or knowing anything into recognition or understanding of environmental events or internal events . In this sense Awareness ( consciousness ) is synonymous with introspective . But like what we see , consciousness also includes perceptions and thoughts that are vaguely aware of the individual until finally focused attention . Therefore , there is a level of mindfulness ( awareness ) in consciousness .

According to the concept Suryamentaran , that introspection is a way of exercise Mlahake Milah ( sort out ) its own flavor with the taste of others to improve the ability of others to live as a manifestation of a sense of growth and personality development of a healthy and prosperous . Yosshimich research results found that self-understanding through the stages introspective able to show that the person is no key elements that determine whether a person happy , this element is the element that is always stable , quiet , and peaceful , and the elements changing , always changing and always tried to obey his will , primarily related to the peg , degrees , and kramat .

When combined , Self Awareness ( awareness of self ) is an insight into or insight about the reasons of its own behavior , its own self-understanding . My journey , Yes My memory storage

Our lives have the most honest means of surveillance , which may not be lying but it might just be forgotten . Only critical events are usually remembered as : a dangerous , happy or sad .

Where are the tools that scouts ?

Um . . .

Yes in my memory was the warehouse . .

Memory ? What is it ?

Memory is something we have, something that can not be seen , touched , or weighed . Memory can not be searched in a part of the brain , because the memory is an abstraction that refers to a set of attributes , activities, and skills , and instead refers to an object . Skills can vary but there is no memory of standards which are good or bad .

Ian Hunter , a psychologist , states that a person who claimed to have a good memory could mean he is able to do any of the various activities .

The process of remembering consists of three steps: encoding , storage and retrieval . The process of encoding an information retrieval process , a process penyimapan information storage and retrieval is the process of spending the information if necessary .

There are two kinds of processes in memory , ie short-term memory ( short term memory ) and long-term memory (long term memory) . In addition , there is also the opinion of William James that the primary memory that occur directly have similar but not identical to the short term memory that never left the consciousness and continue to provide " impressions " that has been experienced .

009 017

Secondary memory that occurs indirectly meniliki resemblance is not identical to the long term memory , and is defined as pathways that are " sculpted " in human brain tissue , and every human being has a different track structure .

James argued again , the memory has a dualistic nature that is as transitory ( as mediator ) and permanent .

In terms of capacity , Short Term Memory ( STM ) lasted less than 30 seconds and Long Term Memory ( LTM ) is more than that . When measured per item , only 7 items STM and LTM bigger than that .

In STM , there is also a term encoding STM information . There are 3 types of encryption that audiotorik password , password visual and semantic password . All three have different functions in different situations .

For audiotorik password is the process of delivering information from what he heard , and the visual code of what is seen and the password associated with the semantic meaning of objects .

Why STM encoding information need assistance ?

By using encryption mempemudah us in remembering , because the symbol is much more familiar and interesting to us . It is still easily forgotten if it is not experiencing memory repetition , but if often in the recall will turn into long-term memory more permanent .

Low Creativity in Our Education Worl

Creativity is a term that is already very familiar among teachers and educators in the country . It would be understandable , because creativity is an important terminology in the world of education and teaching as well as human resource development . However , when asked further what is meant by creativity , especially how to foster creativity tips in the context of learning in schools , the authors are not sure of all the teachers and educators can menjelaskanya , it must have practiced it .

It is said that as a result of lack of attention to this problem , until now creativity is still a rare commodity in our education environment , both in the teachers and students . Examples of creativity scarcity of teachers for example can be seen from the low quantity of participation and their involvement in various events held lots of creativity , both in the environment and non - MONE MONE . Just to cite an example , according to information participation of Indonesian high school teacher and equals that follow LMKS ( Competition Reviewing Literature ) and LMCP ( Short Story Writing Competition ) held by Dikdasmen every year on average only by approximately 200 people only teacher . Though the number of Indonesian teachers who teach in high school and equal ( SMK and MA ) , both public and private in this country has reached thousands of people . A similar picture is true of teachers of subjects other groups .

What about the creativity of our students ? It seems to have valid legal causation . Creativity of the students we are generally still very low , and far behind when compared with students from other countries . Just a picture , according to the results of research conducted by the University of Utah Hans Jellen U.S. and Klaus Urban of the University of Hannover, Germany in August 1987 against Indonesian children aged 10 years ( with a sample of 50 children in Jakarta ) , showed that the level of creativity Indonesian children are in the final sequence of the 8 states that the study sample . The order of ranking as follows ( from highest to lowest ) : Philippines , USA , UK , Germany , India , PRC , Cameroon , Zulu , and Indonesia ( Drs. Smith Djunaedi , Mind , January 10, 2005 ) .

What exactly is meant by the creativity ? Roger B. Yepsen Jr. . ( 1996) say that creativity is the capacity to create new things Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi According to (1996 ) that creative people are those who think or act to change a domain or set up a new realm ( Drs. Smith Djunaedi , Mind , January 10, 2005 ) . Based on these two statements the term creativity is used to refer to an individual's ability to rely on its potential and skills to generate new ideas and fresh insights are very valuable .

Coverage area of creativity is not limited to acts that are physically working . The ability to be a good penyimak , who listened to ideas that come from the outside world and from within yourself or from the subconscious is also the area of creativity . Thus creativity creativity more precisely defined as an experience of an individual to express and actualize their identity in an integrated manner in the close relationships with self, others, and also the surrounding natural environment .

Psychologists to date there is still no agreement on what factors and motives underlying the basic needs of human beings to be creative . Nevertheless, they agreed that there are real benefits and rewards that can be observed can be identified as a human motive to be creative . Also based on the research also revealed that men usually do creations as driven by basic needs , such as : security , love , and appreciation . They are also motivated to be creative by the environment and the benefits of creating such a more enjoyable life , greater self- confidence , joy of life , and the possibility to show their best abilities to others .

There are many ways that can be done by someone to bring her creative ideas . But before I bring these techniques , which should be understood by us that the development of creativity techniques were in various stages of development based on the actual whole range of ideas as a way to obtain a good and creative idea . Thus the first step to bring the birth of a creativity is to bring as many ideas or opinions , both from ourselves and others.

There are at least two techniques that we can use to gather ideas . The first is a brainstorming technique . Brainstorming technique is probably the most used , but also the creative solving techniques are not widely understood . Many people use the term to refer to a brainstorming process that produces a new idea , or uses the term to refer to a collection of problem-solving process . Actually brainstorming technique is an activity that generates ideas that try to overcome all obstacles and criticism . These activities gave rise to many ideas , including ideas that deviate wildly , and dare to hope that these ideas can generate better ideas and creative . This technique tends to produce an original new ideas to add to the existing number of conventional ideas .

Both techniques sinektik . Analogy has long been used as one tool for creative drafting process . Sinektik is a method or process that uses metaphors and analogies to generate creative ideas or a fresh insight into the problem . In order to stop the old habits and old ideas and to introduce a relaxed atmosphere in the process of extracting ideas , then try to make the process sinektik "foreign " to " familiar " and vice versa .

While a number of obstacles that usually an obstacle in fostering creativity by Julia Cameron and Mark Bryan ( 2000) is as follows . As a result of that habit , inability memenej time , due to the overrun problem , behave as if there are no problems , fear of failure , being instant ( want an answer right then and there ) , has a tough mental attitude directed , as well as fear of criticism from others on what he does . People who are not able to overcome these constraints will be difficult to grow its creative potential . Therefore, first and foremost step to overcome creativity melenjitkan advance these constraints . Not mudang indeed , but we must try .

Language

Surely we are experiencing a bit of conflict in the world if words-just as it is received as a sign of our ideas-rather than as the embodiment of the objects themselves (John Locke in Solso, 2008).

Indonesia, which consists of five major islands and hundreds of smaller islands stretching from Sabang to Merauke has a wide variety of ethnic, cultural, and language.
Property owned by Inddonesia be a separate asset in terms of the uniqueness of this nation.

Language asalah one of Indonesia where wealth can be found in every region or province definitely has its own characteristic language. We will not be able to live if communication between people not understand each other. So we need a language to be able to unite all the people of Indonesia. The language is Indonesian.

If we pay attention when the elementary grades, middle school to upper school will look mnenengah language scores were ranked third after kewarganegaraan.Sebenarnya religious education and the importance of language education in life????

Language is a communication tool to interact in the environment into the spotlight that is so interesting to discuss. Someone from Lampung region has its own local language when buying food desert where the seller Padang language then we can think how strange circumstances. When they are berkomunikiasi but using language support each and between each other equally do not understand the meaning of spoken ayang discussed by his interlocutor. It could have been a misunderstanding between the two simply because the tone of voice slightly raised despite the fact that spoken words did not contain elements of discord.

With language also adds our social knowledge. Examples of when we wandered stricken different with its own area.
When we are lost and want to ask the locals. Again, the language is a staple in the settlement of this problem. If we are not good at their language and language together, whatever happens we are in the area.

But that does not become a reason for the differences in the language of the country led to the dispute. Due to the disputes that led to the split only disharmony in the motherland. So in addition to learning the language Indonesian unity we are also obliged to preserve local languages respectively.

Linguistic relativity hypothesis states that hakihkat language determines the way people make sense of reality, but the evidence shows that people with different language experiences are perceptually similar (Solso, 2008).

Decision Making in Organizations

Decision-making is needed when we have a problem that must be resolved satisfactorily . The problem situation that became the first input in the decision -making system . Making decisions with the knowledge , experience , and data acquired or collected related to the problem .

Here are some opinions as a basic conceptual understanding of what is actually in the decision making on the management of an organization's activities

Decision making is one of the roles is called role desisional manager ( Winarda , 1990) .

A decision is the process of choosing a particular action among a number of possible alternative actions ( Sutisna , 1985:149 )

Similarly, Drummond (1985 ) argues that decision-making is the creation of business events and the formation of the future ( the events at the time of the election and its aftermath ) .

Based on the above definition it can be concluded that the decision pengambialn is the process of solving problems with the choice of several alternatives to assign an action to achieve desired goals .

v Decision-making in the management functions include :

1 . Planning - What is the ultimate goal of the organization ? What strategies are used to achieve the goal ?

2 . Organizing - How it works fine ? How the organizational structure necessary ? Who - who will fill the jobs ?

3 . Mobilization - How to mobilize their employees to high performance ? How kepeminpinan effective in the organization ?

4 . Supervision - What activities within the organization to be supervised ? In the event of any irregularities occurred ? How to effectively move the organization ?

Each decision-making process is a system of action because there are several components in it . According Pradjudi ( 1997:45 ) , the existing framework in the decision-making system is as follows :

1 . The position of the person authorized to make decisions

2 . Problems ( deviation from what is desired and planned or intended )

3 . The situation was the decision-maker was

4 . Conditions of the decision-maker ( the strength and ability to face problems )

5 . Objectives ( what is desirable or achievable with decision making ) .

v Another opinion asserts that the decision-making steps there are six , namely :

1 . Identifying a problem

2 . Clarify and prioritize objectives

3 . Creating options

4 . Assess options

5 . Compare the predicted consequences of each option with targets

6 . Choose the option with the consequences of the targets ( Drummond , 1995:3 )

The decision is the outcome of the decision-making process . Setting options ( decide ) or a particular course of action is a decision for the organization . In general, the decision is divided into two types as follows :

1 . Strategic decisions , every organization producing policies or organizational decisions . Policies and direction of the organization is a strategic decision .

2 . Operational decisions , while operational decisions concerning the daily management of the organization . Operational decisions determine the effectiveness of the strategic decisions taken by top managers ( Drummond , 1995:13 ) .

v On the other hand , there is also a division of the types of decisions based on problems encountered , namely :

a. Decisions are programmed ( program decision)

This decision is a decision made based on the well- known problems (well - structured problems) or the problem is known.

b . The decision is not programmed ( non -programmed decision)

This decision was taken or decisions made based on issues that are not clearly known ( ill-structured problems) or less of data and information available as appropriate .

v The factors to be considered in decision-making according to Terry , namely :

a. The things that are not tangible and intangible , emotional and rational needs to be taken into account in decision making .

b . Each decision must be made of materials to achieve organizational goals .

c . Every decision should not oriented to personal interests , but should be more concerned with the interests of the organization .

d . Rarely does a satisfactory choice , therefore make alternative - counter alternative .

e . Decision making is the mental act of this action must be converted into physical action .

f . Effective decision-making requires a long time .

g . Practical decision-making required to obtain better results .

h . Every decision should be instituted in order to know the decision was correct .

i . Every decision is an act of the beginning of a series of events next chain .
Effective decision-making to be a benchmark of effective leadership as well . But effective leadership not only allow discussion among the group , but also allow them to participate in implementing the decision . If they are not involved in activities to discuss issues that are relevant to them then their participation in decision-making will not be successful .
