Abstrak

            Pembuatan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ciri-ciri anak-anak yang menderita cacat mental. Cacat mental bermula dan berkembang pada masa perkembangan, yaitu sejak anak lahir sampai kira-kira usia 18 tahun. Anak-anak cacat mental memiliki IQ dibawah 70. Sekitar 2.5 persen anak-anak mengalami semacam cacat mental.
