Where does emotion appear?. Is it fro idea or from body?. None can answer it certainly. there were says that ir from action, and then emotion appear. In addition there were says that is from emotion, and then the action appear. It's no problem for us, because action and emotion are very tight. Impossible for us to separate action and emotion, because both are part of totality.
Althought, there is principe that we can hold it. That is emotion will be stronger if be given by expression of physic. For exemple, if someone is angry, then he lumps his hand, he abuses and snaps, he does not decrease is angry, but he will be most angry. On the contrary, if he faces the problem slowly, the angry will be calming down.
Everyone has the emotion. From get up from sleep until sleep in the night, we face many experience that arouse many emotion. We fell happy, sad, afraid, and etc all of are our emotion.
