Stress

    Stress is the body's reaction to a situation that looks dangerous or difficult. Stress makes the body to produce the hormone adrenaline, which serves to defend itself. Stress is a part of human life. Mild stress is useful and can spur a person to think and seek more thought and trying faster and hard so that it can respond to the challenge of everyday life. Mild stress can stimulate and give a sense of more passionate in life which are usually boring and routine. But the stress is too much and not be overcome, if sustained, would be harmful to health.

The symptoms of stress:

* Be easily offended and angry towards friends, family and colleagues.
* Acting aggressively and defensive
* Always Feel tired.
* Hard concentration or become forgetful.
* Palpitations or heart palpitations.
* Muscles tense.
* Headaches, stomach and diarrhea.

Complications of stress

* High blood pressure and heart attacks.
* Mental Pain, hysteria.
* Eating disorders such as lost of appetite or eating too much.
* Can't sleep (insomnia).
* Migraine headaches/head dizzy.
* Heartburn.
* Asthma attacks that added weight.
* Skin rashes.

Causes Of Stress

Events of everyday life, both happy and sad like so:
* Married/has children.
* Started work on new home/moving/emigration.
* The loss of a loved one either due to death or divorce.
* Personal relationship issues.
* School lessons or work that requires a strict time schedule, or work with a hard top and less understanding.
* Is not healthy.
* Neighborhoods such as too crowded, too many people or too hot in the home or workplace.
* Financial problems such as debt and spending on outside capabilities.
* Less confident, shy
* Too ambitions and dreams too high.
* Negative feelings such as guilt and did not know how the solution, frustrating.
* Cannot get along, less support.
* Make a decision problem which can change his way of life or be forced to change the values/principles of personal life. What you can do

How to prevent stress?

* See/measure capability. Learn to accept what it is and loving yourself.
* Discover the causes of negative feelings and learn to overcome. Do not memperberat the problem and try to never succumb to others even though you may be on the right side.
* Plan major changes in your life in the long term and give it time to taste for yourself to adjust from one shift to another.
* Plan your time well. Create a list that has to be done according to priorities.
8Buat the decision carefully. Consider the Cook-Cook in terms of good or bad before deciding anything.
* Let others join the thinking about your problem. Tell life partner, friend, religious leader or supervisor. They might be able to help put your problems in accordance with the proportions and offer ways of solving is useful.
* Waking up one good drivers of the system by means of a lot of friends and have a happy family. They will always be with you in any difficulty.Keep your health, eat well, sleep and exercise regularly.
* Plan your time for recreation.
* Relaxation Techniques such as deep breathing, meditation or massage may be.
